This highly visible, hands-on role requires balancing the management of quality control programs, processes, and personnel while also performing field inspections and audits. This is not a desk-based position; the successful candidate must be comfortable working in the field and actively engaging with project teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in welding, fabrication, and NDE, along with proven experience managing quality across multiple active projects simultaneously.

Maintain strong working relationships with clients and third-party inspectors
Serve as the regional quality point of contact across multiple active projects
Oversee quality documentation, turnover packages, and client closeout
